I’m Victoria, originally from the UK but I’m based in Berlin, drawn by its vibrant energy and diverse community..

Since my mid-twenties, I’ve been on a path of learning to be a kinder person—both to myself and to others, unlearning limiting patterns and exploring ways to live more playfully. ;

I believe it’s essential to create a more compassionate world—one rooted in connection, understanding, and safety. Together, we can shift from disconnection and judgment to presence and openness.

Yoga

Yin Yoga

The class is slow and meditative flow. An open and relaxed approach to asana targeting the connective tissues of the body. Improve health and flow of Chi. Cultivate inner stillness.

Private Yoga

Private classes offer beginners and intermediate practitioners a more intimate opportunity to develop and explore practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. 

Hatha Yoga Level A

Moderate sequence of postures and simple breathing techniques. Can be enjoyed by both beginning and continuing students. This level evokes the physical and energetic levels of awareness

Hatha Yoga Level B

Dynamic asana, pranayama and longer meditations. Usually the intensity of strong uplifting asana toward the beginning of a class are mirrored by surrendering grounding postures at the resolution

Yin/Yang Yoga

Blending together two approaches of asana. The practice of Yin Yoga to target the deeper dense tissues of the body and Yang Yoga a more active rhythmic practice working on strengthening and lengthening of muscles. A well rounded practice.

Prenatal massage aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and to make you and your baby feel good with all the big changes you are going through.

After your little one/s are all tucked up in bed we can make a late appointment to carry out a 60 minute massage to help to ease the pains, strains and stresses, feeding you with nourishment with beautiful restoring oils to help you to recharge, much needed ‘you time’ so you can be at your best. I’ve been recognising when I need to reach out my hand and ask for support and when to open up to others about my most vulnerable feelings in order to feel more safe in my body and environment. 

We can have experiences as children that may leave us troubled in allowing an authentic connection with others in our adult life. In this article I talk about when unresolved issues from our past get locked in to our bodies and nervous system and how it can play out.

In this blog I write about how the choices of what we consume is really important and an insight to my own journey with this to discovering how the health of our gut is a source of overall wellbeing and vitality and helps to keep all of our systems in balance.
