Awakening into Spring - 3 week ONLINE morning challenge
We are supporing our shift into this season, on a physical, mental and spiritual level, with a daily morning Yin/Yang yoga practice, Wuji meditation and the Theory of the 5 Elements.
Living through a global pandemic - We are in a collective survival mode. This 4 week series is to share knowledge about our nervous system and valuable practices to help create safety in our experience of daily life.
We are combining the poetic, nature-based philosophy of the Five Elements Theory with scientific insights from neurophysiology and the Practice of Yin Yoga.
